Can you see your 'fans' status updates if you have a business 'page' on facebook?

I want to drop my personal FB account, but still want to be able to see my current 'friends' wall's and/or status updates by using my business page. Nearly all my friends are also fans of my business page as well. Is that possible?

Nope, you can't. You can only see status updates & wall posts if you're friends someone. =)
