How To Get My Facebook Password?

How can i get my Facebook account activated, my ex girlfriend has changed all the password and the e-mail?

My exgilrfriend has deactivated my facebook account and she is still using my e-mail address. So i cant get on Facebook and all the passwords have been changed. I dont want to start a new Facebook account because i have lots of pictures of my children, that i dont want to loss. I have tried to contact Facebook, but dont know how. I have even tried to e-mail them via a report a bug!! and to explain i am not a stranger trying to log on to someones account and i can prove its my account. Please can someone help!!.

You shouldn't ever give someone your email password, this makes getting your account back a longer process than it needs to be, I recommend you get your e-mail sorted first and change the password there before recovering the facebook account. http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=account_compromised I guess that's your best shot.
