How to get Facebook to stop sending me Notifications?

You know how Facebook will send you notifications through your E-mail? Yeah, well how can I stop that? It's really jamming my inbox.

There should be something at the bottom of the email that says unsubscribe to emails.... if not, go to your account settings and change it there..... if for some reason it won't, and its really bugging you, "change" your email address to a fake email so you won't receive them
