Is anyone else having Facebook problems this week?

  • For the last few days, it keeps thinking that my account is brand new... I have to refresh the home page over and over to see posts, and it says that my wall doesn't have any posts sometimes. Facebook works fine on my phone... It's just on my laptop/Firefox that I'm having lots of problems. Is this happening to anyone else?

    This is exactly what is happening to me. I don't really know the answer to why it is happening but it's been going on since about saturday of last week and its gotten worse to the point where i can't even sign in over this past couple days. Hopefully, in the best case scenario, this will end and Mark Zuckerburg personally will send us all bigs baskets of delicious candy. But there's always a possibility that our Facebooks have been tampered with or hacked by either a phony application we've clicked on, some professional computer hacker that is trying to bring down Facebook, or something else. Does anyone have any information on WHY this is happening?

yes! im having problems also. ill comment on someones status, but it wont show up ugh. and ya, i also have to keep refreshing the homepage to see updates.

I'm having a TON of problems with facebook. It won't let me sign in, it won't let me update my status, the "live" updates are all from days ago! When I'm trying to chat with my sister and boyfriend, it is saying that I "don't have permission" to chat with them. I'm so mad!
