How to create an email addres at face book?

I have a problem in my face book account.please help?

  • i have create my account 5 months ago in face book and i do confirmed my account with the code which is sent to my email,every thing was ok without any problem but now is about 1 month that when i want to send a message to a friend who is not in my add list friends , the dialogue box which asks for security code doesn't show me any security code to type so it doesn't submit!!!!!!!!the same happen when i want to send add request to someone,(i didn't have this problem before) what should i do??

i think you can skip the security code by sending a text message from you cellphone or something. i don't know for sure but i think thats how i did it.
