Can people see who looks at their facebook profile?

Please help i'm like freaking out right now and I always thought it was never possible for someone to view that information......until now when I tried to go onto a guys profile that I always go on but now it's saying "The Page You Requested is Not Found".......Did facebook recently make an app to beable to view "stalkers" or something or am I just being paranoid???? Please help me!!!! Everyone elses profile that I view that isn't my friend I am able to view just fine and it's only his that is different....it's really weird and when I go to one of his friends profiles and search for his name it still isn't listed!!!! And it's not listened in the family section of any of his family's profiles either!!!! Please tell me this isn't true!!!!!!!!!!
