Can you play facebook applications on an ipad?

Why can't I play FarmVille and other Facebook games on my iPad?

I just got a apple iPad and I can't play any games on Facebook. Does anyone else have this problem?

The iPad does not support Flash. This is not a big secret. At all. It's been widely known since the first iPhone. Some Facebook games are available in the App Store. Get them there if you want to support a horrible company like Zynga that screws over everyone they can to make a buck off of people willing to shell out for virtual items.
