My profile picture on facebook, wont delete? :/ please help!?

I've opened my profile picture album, deleted all the profile pictures which ive had (including the one i have at the moment). But it wont remove from my profile, its deleted but still shows on my profile. How do i remove it anyone? :( please help!!!

I would recommend either refreshing the page or logging out and giving Facebook some time to sort the issue itself.
