How do I delete a business facebook page?

• Someone created a fake Facebook page for my business and I want to take it off the internet or at least be able to access it. I don't know who created this page, or I would ask them. It must have been someone who worked there before I started, but I've asked all current staff and no know anything about it. Can you please tell me how to access or delete this page? The problem is that our business already had a facebook page and I don't want two FB pages, especially because the page in question has incorrect information. I can prove that I should have access to this account. I have tried to contact Facebook, but they don't have a support center, support email address or support phone number. Does anyone know how to contact them? I've left them a message at 650-543-4800 but no one has called me back. Pleas help! Thank you!
