ok here´s the thing i blocked someone from fb so i unblocked him back, does that mean i have to had him back so he can show up in my added list or i just need to unblock him and he´ll show up right the way like if he weren´t out of my contact list , cuz i don´t him to figure out i blocked him LOL

if you block him he has to resubmit a Friend request in order to be added to your list.

If you don't have him on your friends list and unblock him. You may add him afterward. If he is still in your friend list and you unblock him. Then it should be available for message and chat with him.
I did this before too and well...if you block someone and then unblock, they will be out of your friends list and you'll have to add him back :/
