How to undo a Find Friends on Facebook?

Long story short, I have a Facebook account, and a Hotmail account. I keep the two people on each separate. Just for the fun of it, I decided to enter my Hotmail account into my Facebook's Find Friends function, to see if any of my friends had Facebooks. Turns out they do, and now Facebook won't stop bugging me to add them. I've already removed my Hotmail address from Facebook, but A: can they see me as well, and B: how do I totally erase my Hotmail friends from my Facebook account?

.they cant see you and for b: just go to your friends list and press the "x: button to remove 'em.
