How to change profile picture on ORKUT?

Why doesn't Facebook let me change my profile picture?

• I have timeline on facebook, and I always delete my profile picture album but it's been a month now since I havent been able to change my profile picture so i deleted the picture i had thinking it would work but it didn't so now i have no picture. I deactivated my facebook for 24 hours and it didn't work either. i know i do everything right because i've had facebook for a long time. i crop my picture and everything but it doesn't work. i tried it from google crom,e internet explorer, mozilla, nintendo dsi, my android phone, ipod touch and nothing works. it's really pissing me off because i have no picture. i sent facebook a couple of complains now but obviously they don't even bother to fix it. i don't know what to do anymore. i know its not the file size either.
