Ok so this girl was bullying me, but deleted her statuses about me, how do i see them again, i want proof! thanks guys!

If this bullying incident against you turned out tragic, for example she caused harm to you, then it would be seen as a crime case and the government can issue a search on her Facebook account to review the case. I highly doubt that you can get the government to issue a search on her Facebook account though, it has to be a serious case of bullying.
If she deleted the statuses, you can't do anything about it.
