How do you reactivate a Facebook account?

Okay, so I was logging into my facebook account, and when I pressed: Log in, it said that my account was disabled! >:O AND I SWEAR, I didn't do anything bad, add too many friends, or spam. So, PLEASE HELP! :P

try to retrieve a lost password...and when it asks u to reactivate then follow the instructions...
