How to invite people to my facebook page / group?

• I have a list of emails about a specific topic (lets say email). And i want to invite them to join my group or page on my facebook. 1-) Is this possible ? If i add them as friends (it's against rules to add people that you don't know to your FB account) probably my account will get frozen. 2-) If it's possible, should I create a group or page ? I mean to which one of them I can invite people with their emails? Thanks for your answers !

  to the answer to your question, it won't freeze up your account on facebook. you could create a group so you can just put the people you want in there so you can have their email addresses.
