How can I block someone on FaceBook with a special character?

There is a user that is spamming my page with insults and such, but FaceBook won't allow me to block them because there is a special character in their name. Is there a way around it and how can I block this person from viewing/posting on my page?

Answer:
Go to your Likes List Find The Person and Hit The Delete button and than when it asks to confirm there should be a box that says also ban user check that off and you should be able to ban the user if its a regular profile you should be able to remove him by blocking him
