How do you setup a blog tab on a Facebook fan page and sync your WordPress blog to it?

I have a blog on WP and would like to sync it to a dedicated "Blog" tab on my FB page, but a) not sure how to set up the separate "Blog" tab and b) once i do, how do I sync it with my WP blog?
