    Do you mean Sign up or your Id for your Username If your talking about signing up Go to The Home page to the right there will be some info to fill out fill it out hit sign up than go to your email and you will get a email from facebook click on the link inside the email to confirm your account and your done if your talking about setting up a username for a account that you own already you can do this in 2 different ways you can go here http://www.facebook.com/usernames and Create it from there or you can go to account settings and under username you can hit change Please Note you can Only Change it once so choose carefully hope i helped

You have to go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?ref=mb and then click Edit just beside http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=(%E2%80%A6 its the one written next to Username... and you can pick a address for yourself. Just be sure to choose it carefully because you will get only one chance
