No sound on my facebook video?

How do I Post a video on facebook without getting accused of Copyright to facebook? 10 points winner!?

  • Me and my two friends made a video to "Wine Red" by The Hush Sound. We used the entire song, but we filmed everything ourselves and made a video to it on imovie. When my friend tried to post it she got a message from facebook saying she violated some copyright law because of (we think this is why) the song in the background. It said if she tried to post it again they'd suspend her account. So now i'm trying to post it for all of us - but I don't want to get the same message.     You must get permission from the artist or record label to use the song in your video without violating copyright law.
