How can I hide my "Wall-to-Wall" on facebook?

Can you hide your friends list from everyone but you on facebook?

• Everyone has facebook. Even my mom. One day she even asked me; why don't you have facebook? How do you keep in contact with your friends? I said; I don't want to have facebook, because I'm very careful about my private life. I really am. I'm also very careful about my originality. I'm not generally a mainstream person. I like to keep my stuff for me. And, now my grandparents, teachers, relatives have facebook too. I don't want random friends requests from these people. And I feel so bad when I reject someones friends request. Like, my cousin or grandpa. Like when I meet them in real, what to say?? ANd moreover, facebook is a great way to make a fool of yourself and gossip. And this whole thing about, people checking out your relationship status, what friends you have, and so on. I just don't find it appealing. It's almost like being a celebrity, yeah? But the thing is, it's really hard to keep in contact with people if you don't have fb. Because people just don't mind about messenger or e-mail any longer. Maybe the cellphone. But really, most people find it a bit odd and weird. If you tell someone you don't have facebook, they just think "yeah, okay, maybe she's hiding something? I'm not hiding something, is it wrong to not want to put out your life for the whole town?? I want my social life for myself. But since i don't use fb, i don't even have a social life any longer. This is a huge dilemma for me. So my question is; can you hide your friends list from everyone but yourself? Would it be suspicious if i did? how many people have their friends lists hidden from their friends? I feel like I'm the only average 20 year old who don't have facebook. I mean; I'm not terribly un-attractive, I'm not asocial. I have internet. I'm not amish. I just don't like it. blah.

  yea ofcourse you can hide your friend llist from everyone except yourself and no its not suspicious, i hide my friend request from everyone on facebook :) i dont like it when random people or whoever go through my friends and profile and watsoever.. also you can make your facebook private which means when some1 searches your name on fb they wont find you lol mines also like that :P soooo everythings good. hope this helped :) also last thing you can also privte your fb in a way soo people wont be able to add ya !!! you add the people you want to :)
