when a person dies, what happen to his facebook account? Will it be suspended?

No it won't, unless someone knows his password and e-mail, then they can cancel it. Other than that, their account would remain "active."
It will not get suspended because Facebook will not know that person has died.
The account remains up unless someone requests that it either be deleted or memorialized
