How can I get my picture in friendster?

Why my picture in facebook get blurry?and the Friendster too?

    normally, its because its a set size and your trying to enlarge it too much so its becomes all pixelated. If you crop it in a picture program such as Photoshop, you can crop it and then make it sharper, although im not 100% on the use of photoshop just know you can do it. :) Hope that Helps :) Matthew
