Is there any way I can hide my wall posts on facebook from everyone?

• So I'm completely getting tired of facebook, with all their resent changes in the privacy settings. I am seriously thinking about deleting my facebook but it is a way I keep in contact with certain people. So if I can keep it that would be great. BUT if I can't have it my way... then screw that. What I want is to hide my wall from EVERYONE. BUT still allow them to see my status updates and whatnot on their news feed. I want them to see when I post it and be able to comment on it all but not be able to go to my profile and basically stalk me, looking through everything that I have done. Does anyone know how to do this? Is this even possible? The only thing I can find on the settings to edit this is the "Posts by me" Under "Things I share". If anyone could help me I would be so freakin happy. Thank you so much!

  To stop people from posting on your wall do the following- Click on account in top right side > Click privacy settings > Under the chart there's something called Customise Settings click on that > Scroll down to the bottom and there's a section called 'Things Others Share' > Untick the box next to 'Friends Can Post On My Wall' - You can preview your profile from your friends view and you can see that they can read your status' and can comment but not write on the actual wall.
