HELP!!! uploading picture on myspace and facebook?

I've tried and tried let me just say that it is my photo and it is way smaller than 5mb and it doesnt break the image policy so i don't know why it wont load on myspace it loads about 42% and stops and on facebook it just loads and then takes me to a page saying 'cannot display page' WHY? PLEASE HELP

well maybe its a problem with myspace going on or its your computer not letting the picture load because the program myspace has aloooooooooot of virus let me tell yuh that myspace haa lot of virus that goes in ur computer and some devices stop working
