Is there a way to change your name on Facebook?

Is there anyway way that i can change my real name on facebook without facebook not approving?

• Facebook won't let me change my real name? How do i change my name on facebook? I'm trying to put a nickname, but when i put my nickname with my real name, it says its too long, so i want to just put my nickname as my real name, but it won't let me...what can i do? Thanks for the help! ***I KNOW HOW TO DO IT BUT IT ALWAYS SAYS THAT ITS TOO LONG WITH MY REAL NAME AND MY USERNAME, SO THEN I DELETE MY REAL NAME AND PUT MY NICKNAME IN THE FIRST AND LAST NAME SPACES INSTEAD OF MY REAL NAME BUT IT ALWAYS SAYS THAT IT WAS REJECTED...SO HOW CAN I CHANGE MY REAL NAME WITHOUT TELLING ME THEY DIDN'T APPROVE? What if i make a new account, is there a possible way to take all my pictures, comments, friends..ect..and put it onto the new account making everything the same without losing anything? THANKS
