How do i get my phone to send pictures to facebook again?

have facebook mobile but the past few weeeks it hasnt allowed me to send pictures to facebook from my phone. I have to do it a really difficult way. They send, but don't appear on facebook? how do i make it work?

Theres a certain email address that facebook uses...When i tried just texting the images to fbook it wouldnt show up so i opened up the web browser on my phone went to my photos and tried clicking upload it then directed me to the email address that i could use from my phone. step by step open MOBILE phone browser sign into facebook click photos click upload photo
