Nope. you can't do it with facebook mobile site. But if you can log in to facebook full site with your phone, You'll be able to do so. For Pages, Click "advertising" on the bottom of home page,then click pages and then click create page For groups, Go to your profile and search "groups". go to the 1st result and press create group
