What are all the privacy settings on Facebook?

How to change privacy settings on facebook so people can see what Ive posted on other poeples wall/comments?

People CANT see what Ive posted on other peoples walls/comments thru my wall, but I can see what everyone else posts to other peoples walls/comments. How do I change it so people can see what Ive posted/commented? Ive looked on the help page and tried everything on the privacy settings, it says "You can adjust these settings at any time by visiting the News Feed and Wall section of your Privacy Settings page." But where is it?? ... And how do I make it so that what I comment/post is seen?

before you click on posting of your comment, there is a privacy setting.. you can select who to allow to see your comment post..
