To confirm my account on facebook I click on email and it brings up configuration what do I do now?

I signed up with yahoo for an email account and received the registration confirmation. I went into facebook to do the profile and a yellow message comes up that I have to confirm my account. If I click on email it comes up a box showing configuration. what do I click on to confirm my account

just follow the configurations...its just a confirmation and for them to make sure your nat a spammer..
