Is it possible to RECOVER, not RESET, a Facebook password?

I need to hack a certain Facebook account. It's important, so please don't lecture me about this. Anyway, I know the password to the e-mail account they use with Facebook. But it seems to only send you a link to reset the password, not retrieve it. And if I reset this person's password, they are obviously going to know something is up next time they try to log in and can't. So.... how do you recover the current password?

i dont understand why you'd be hacking in the first place....

I have been trying to reset, recover or whatever, my password from facebook for 2 MONTHS NOW! Don't bother, facebook won't email the password reset. They just don't respond at all! If anyone out there has a password reset code, please share it so i cand delete my account!
