Does the "Not Spam" button really do anything?

Facebook wont let me login "keep your account free of spam"?

• i tried to login into my facebook account just now and it popped of saying "keep your account free of spam. it looks like spammy link posted into your address bar caused unintentional activity on your Facebook account. Dont worry, your account is safe and we ended the activity. Continue on for a few quick security tips." But when i got to hit the continue button it doesnt do anything it just stays on that screen. It also logged me out of my phone and my ipod. I dont know what im supposed to do. I really cant make a new facebook because of the fact i have a very important person to me on there that was killed in a car accident last year and i will not be able to view anything on her profile or post anything on there either if i make a new account. The worst part of all is her birthday is today. :/ I need as much help as possible im very desperate.

  There is a common rootkit called "Facebook Koobface" that automatically steals passwords and sends spam letters. I'm afraid you're a part of so called "zombie network". BUT it's easy to fix this problem, http://download.cnet.com/Emsisoft-Anti-Malware/3000-2239_4-10292236.html download/install/UPDATE the free version of Emsisoft antimwalre run a FULL scan and remove the virses. then download this http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html and run a full scan. REMEMBER if you skip those steps then you won't remove the virus,this means no matter how many times you change your password,the virus will steal it every time. No need to create a new account.
