How to re - change the username on the Facebook?

Please help. How do I change the username on the Facebook, which is displayed in the link. Example: Old username... www.facebook.pl/people/Name-Surname/my… ...I changed to: www.facebook.pl/people/my.nick Now I would like to return to the old name with the number. How does it do? On the site http://www.facebook.com/username/ writes that Your username has been set You can now direct your friends to www.facebook.pl/people/my.nick I can not do anything.. Thanks for help.
