FaceBook-how come when i search for my profile using my name and someone else's account,?

my profile doesn`t show up in the search results. i already checked the privacy settings and it says my search visibility is set to everyone. i am not a minor, so i don`t know why my profile doesn`t show up in the results. i have some friends in my old town who wouldn`t be able to find me, so help? thank you [=

That's sounds like a strange problem. If you recently deactivated your account, it takes a while to be visible in search. Also, check your privacy settings, make sure you are not private. It sounds like your private. But, if all fails, talk to facebook, contact support regarding you issue.
