How to Post in my facebook page wall from my website?

Hi everyone. I hope someone can help me. I am doing a site administrator for a client. I need, if is possible, post in the facebook profile all the news that my client post in his website using his site administration panel ( Word press in this case) I was searching for something lika that but I dont find nothing. Thank you!

I was make a conection of my twitter and facebook. and before that I was make a auto tweet if I make a post on my site.
