Windows Live Messenger help?

i get code 800706ba whenever i try to log onto messenger lately. it's been like this for a couple of days, and ive tried everything ive read but it still doesnt work. i emailed windows live and they emailed me back with some more solutions but still nothing worked. anyone else got a solution?
