Webcam, and msn not working?

Ok, so my webcam will work with msn, but before the other person gets the chance to see it, it shuts off, it works, on yahoo, stickam, aim, and skype, and so on. It only does this on msn, i have tried all the webcam settings on msn, and nothing i do seems to make it work. what should i do?

need more details are you using it on msn as webcam or a vidcall as it may have something to do with the connection at either end.
