Why can't I get into my MSN email?

• Okay, I've been trying to get into my email, but I can't seem to get it. I made this a long time ago, and I really don't know anything I did. I go to sign onto my Xbox Live account on Xbox.com. However, my email is a @hotmail.com. I can't remember the password, so I clicked "Forgot my password." They gave me two options, send the password reset to my email or I have to answer my security question. Now, I'm trying to sign onto my email and I can't remember my password, so they're sending my password reset to the same email I'm trying to get into...retarded? yes. And I also have no idea what my security question answer is. It asks what was the first company I worked for, and that was Giant, but it doesn't work, so now I'm screwed, and I have Xbox charging me 30 dollars a month for a service I can't use and I can't go on Xbox.com to cancel it so I'm wasting money.
