Why is this happening to my msn , Help please x?

Hey, When I have my msn window up - the one that shows you your display name and all your contacts, well if I see someone online & I want to talk to them, when I click their msn name usually the conversation box just pops up in front of my msn window wheras now its going behind my msn window and I always have to minimize the msn window just to get the convo, its very annoying as I am used to it the other way but how can I fix this - sorry if this is confusing, Thanks x

right click there name and go send instant message maybe that would work pm if it don't
