How can I fix MSN messenger webcam problem?

How can i fix this msn messenger webcam problem?

• So me and my friend have been using out webcams over msn messenger for many months, and it randomly stopped working. Video calls work fine, she can view my webcam, i cant view hers. Everyone else can view her webcam and she can view theres, i can view everyone elses webcam and they can view mine, she can view my webcam, but i just cant view hers. What happens is it does the advertisement thing, it loads, then says waiting for contact for an unusually long amount of time. It then looks like the cam will work, but it just goes to the normal size that it would normally be when you view, but is just blank and white and after about 1/3rd of a second disapears and then in the chat it says webcam session has ended. We would just use video call but it makes her computer crash. i have tried countless things on the official support, other yahoo questions about it, but none of it is exactly the same and none of it works. any help woudl be greatly appreciated, thanks so much :)

  maybe its not ur problem, it could be hers. maybe she should try redownloading msn? good luck!
