Why wont windows live messenger sign me?

It allows me to sign in with other live emails, but not the one I want to use, it says error, and basically says no your not allowed, which kind of takes the piss, is there a solution to this **** hole of a problem, also i tried many other solutions so i need a very good one

okay. i figured it out. you need to change your password and it'll let you sign in!
