Why won't my msn open on my laptop?

I have never had a problem before today. I went to use msn like I do everyday on my laptop and when I click on it, it just doesn't open. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it again, and tried turning off my laptop, but none of it is working. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!!! :)

You try checking on your ISP, PROXY SERVER or GENERAL INTERNET SETTINGS in case u misrepresented certain Auto or Custom string/threads. Try remembering date of your Last Known 'Good' settings & configuration when msn opened for you...

Try checking to see if on the bottom right hand corner of your computer screen you see the MSN symbol, the blue and green bodies, well if it's there, try double clicking, it might open minimized... hope this helps. :D
