Can an msn virus spread by signing in on a different computer?
-
So on my laptop I got an msn virus through a link that popped up when I was in the middle of talking to someone so I clicked it (because usually the only obvious virus links i had seen before where when someone went offline and it said something stupid like "WEREN'T YOU A NAUGHTY BOY LAST NIGHT? GO HERE FOR THE PICS! -link- ) OH HMM I WONDER WHAT THAT IS SEEING AS I WASN'T EVEN OUT LAST NIGHT anyway so that's my laptop infected but now im on a netbook and was just wondering if the virus can spread to this computer if i sign in on msn on this computer with that msn account? thank you!

Answer:
The virus is either on your msn account and will only affect your msn account on any computer, or is only on your original computer that got it.
