Can you download MSN messenger on MacBook?

Cannot download Msn Messenger?

  • Whenever i try to download msn messenger, it says to uninstall the newer version if i want to install the older version of msn but i cannot uninstall the newer version as its not in the "programs and features". How can i uninstall if it hasn't installed in the first place. Im using windows 7 so please help. Its been SO many days me trying to install Msn Messenger. The newer version is Msn Live Messenger 2011 which i want to uninstall coz it doesn't install after so many attemps so just want to stick to the older version. Even the older version was not working, it was not letting me sign in due to some error.

    As it does not show in Add/Remove Programs or Programs an features in WIndows 7. You could try using a uninstaller tool such as "Revo Uninstaller". But be extreeemly careful if you wish to use it, as you do not want to remove files belonging to other applications. You can download it here if you wish http://download.cnet.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html After you use it, it should remove all traces of the previous install and you will be able to reinstall it now. Note that you may not be able to install the older version, maybe only the the 2011 version as it is always encourage to get the latest. Hope this helps Hope this helps

If your sure you haven't installed Windows Live, try installing it and then deleting it or,. Look for Windows Live Essentials 2011 in add/remove in Control Panel which messenger will come under
