How do I make MSN (Windows Live Messenger) safe?

MSN/Windows Live Messenger keeps showing me as offline?

my windows live/msn messenger keeps showing me as offline when i am online. 1. i am NOT appearing as offline, the box is GREEN. 2. i've tried signing in on other computers, ebuddy, meebo, etc and they all still show me as offline. 3. i've restarted my computer. does this mean i need to make a new msn address?

I have MSN and that has happened to me before so I contacted the help team if you find it on your internet account. If that fails then I think that maybe you should try to make a new one. :) Good Luck

Remove the Yahoo! user from the Windows Live Messenger contacts list and then re-invite. This solved the problem for me.
