How to get new hotmail inbox view....?

i have recently reinstalled vista on my laptop. before i did this, when i would go to my hotmail inbox, it would be the faster, newer version of it but since the reinstall it has gone back to the older slow version. I do not like the older version, it looks too plain and there are differences with using it...does anybody know how i can go back to the new one? It looks a lot nicer http://mail.live.com/mail/WhatsNew.aspx if you click that link and go right to the bottom and scroll up a bit you can see what the newer version looks like...

search install hotmail in google and will have a link to install newest version on to computer and then when you visit site it will be new one
