Why wont msn let me sign in it's been like this for weeks?

its not my password because it would tell me, it says 'sorry we can not sign you into msn just now' or something and it's been like this for weeks, it signs in on my brother on my laptop but not me. i dont no what to do and im getting really fed up. whats the reason this si happening and how can i fix this xx

you say you don,t think its your password but have you tried changing it sounds a bit odd that your brothers works and not yours
