How to fix the msn bug?

How do I fix my MSN Error Code: 80040154? (Please read description before answering..)?

  • I have a problem with MSN. Whenever i install it, it works and such.. but when I try to sign in, it tells me the service is temporarily out of service. -Yes, I have installed the msxml3. -Yes, I have tried to retsart the messenger. -Yes, I have the latest version. I deleted MSN off of my computer completely one day in attempts to get rid of a Virus. It worked! But I don't think it was MSN, because i still had it. I just don't know what to do anymore. I've followed all the steps into fixing it, i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, everything! What am I supposed to do to fix this? :(

    I have the same error code..:S and a lot of people has it too. When i downloaded the new msn it did'nt work..so i went back to MSN 7.5....but now I HAVE to download the new version or it wil not let me sign in... People help US!
