Is my computer information (on msn) private?

Msn wont work anymore?

• i had to wipe off all of the content on my computer, so once it was cleared, i tried to download msn again. it did so, but it says this... "Signing in to Windows Live Messenger failed because the service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. Windows Live Messenger has made several failed attempts to sign you in. Your firewall may be blocking Windows Live Messenger from connecting to the service. Please review your firewall settings. See the retailer's instructions for more information." i have removed the software and downloaded it loads, and its coming up with the same thing. my internet connection is fine, i can access the internet and it says that the connectivity is excellent. the firewall should let me go on msn as it did before i wiped it clean. i also tried to access msn on the old Windows Messenger but it is coming up that it cannot connect aswell. has anyone got any ideas on how to tackle it? much app.

  did you load any spyware program or antivirus that may be blocking it? also, it could be a temp error on the Microsoft end which they may be working on and nothing to do with your computer.
