Why won't webcam work for all people whilst on MSN?

Webcam not working for all people whilst on msn.?

• I've got a laptop, she's a beaut, she comes with a built in camera. Whilst having a built in camera, i've also got the newest form of msn with the additional messenger plus added to it's wonderfulness, (haha). When i try to send my webcam so a viewer can see me, it either lets them see, or it shows them a white screen for a while, then cancels on it's own. But that only happens to some people, wait what am i kidding, it happens to the majority of my contacts who want to view my webcam. It also happens to the people i want to view. Although there are few people who may see me and i may see them. But this is just with viewing, not through a video call. So what causes it's random spark for working or not? Help please! xx

  well for one u didnt get the new form of msn because u got a new laptop with a built in webcam u got the new msn because its the new one every laptop u buy now will have the new msn and it is imposible for u 2 get the old one now unless u have already got it or if u bought it.... and do a system restore then try ur webcam..... there is not technical problems for this just that ur other contact probably has a fuked up computer or ur cam is fuked up
