Why isn't my hotmail or MSN working?

For the last week or so my MSN and my hotmail haven't been working. Every time I type in www.hotmail.com, it says the link is broken and they can't find the page, but I can get to Windows Live no problem. My MSN just won't sign in, and it keeps sending me to troubleshoot. Help please?!
